Made for Game Maker Italia's TERROROCTOBER jam 2020, developed with Game Maker Studio 2.3 and heavily inspired by a movie called "The Navidson Record". There's some differences, though.

There's an in-game tutorial to learn how to play this game. Still,

CONTROLS

WASD keys - Move around

ARROW keys - Look around (you can also LEFT CLICK and DRAG, the more you're near the screen center, the slowest you turn)

C key/MOUSE WHEEL up or down - Toggle crouching

F key/RIGHT CLICK - Toggle flashlight

SPACE - Interact

and here's some tips:

• Play the game in a dark environment
• Use headphones and take advantage of the 3D audio
• Use lightsticks to draw your path
• Sometimes, turning off your flashlight could be useful
• Don't let it deceive you: this game can be finished
