“The Labors of Herakles” is a desktop computer game made with the program GameMaker. It is a pixel art style boss level play through that takes you through the twelve labors of Herakles kicked off by the murder of his family. You travel through an accurate map of the Peloponnese and beyond to fight the various monsters and complete tasks. The designs of the characters of each level are based on information from myth as well as primary sources of art and my own interpretation.
