In Key Gunner, you are being attacked by waves and waves of enemies, and the only way to defeat them is by typing the letters floating above their heads!

The stronger the enemy, the more points it is worth. Type the letters in order and you get a bonus. But a typo will lose you points and stop your gun from firing for a short time. Compete for the top score on the high score tables!

Difficulties

Easy: You get an extra life, and will only face enemies with 1, 2, or 3 letters. Enemies also come at you more slowly, and you are quicker to recover from misfires (typos).

Normal: The way the game was meant to be played! 3 lives, all enemies, and a steadily increasing difficulty!

Hard: If you want a challenge, this mode will test you. Enemies move more quickly, misfires cost you extra time, and the quantity of enemies rises more quickly too!

Cheats: In the options screen, you can enable one or two cheats if needed. Stop those annoying misfires, or double your lives! However, playing with cheats on disables high score table entries, so once you've spent some time practicing with them, try playing without them if you can!

Real words: By default, half of the 3-letter and 4-letter words will be real words, but you can change the ratio if you'd like!
