Description
BELTR is a shoot 'em up that combines the traditional action with strategic elements. You must move and shoot while balancing the heat and energy resources of your ship by moving between the day and night sides of the planet. With procedurally generated levels and random upgrades, each play through can present a different experience and challenge. The 100 upgrades you can collect change the capabilities of your ship and the strategy you need to succeed. Got a lot of shooting upgrades but limited resources? Turn your ship into a sniper and use burst fire to trigger chain reactions. Got a lot of shield upgrades? Turn your ship into a battering ram and smash your way through. There are 4 special types of asteroids that can fire shots, destroy, push away, or slow down other nearby asteroids. When the odds against you look overwhelming, carefully target these asteroids at the right moment, and swing the battle back in your favor. Manage all this Captain, and you, your crew, and the survivors, might all make it out alive... Controls: WASD or ARROW keys to MOVE SPACE or ENTER to SHOOT
